Presented by Steven Lockwood, Lean Business Advisor, CITEC, Inc.
Unleash employees on your organization’s most challenging problems by giving them the 'know how' to properly understand a problem, diagnose the potential root causes, create an action plan, attack the causes, and measure results.
Session Description:
Organizations of all types face challenging problems. Some choose to address problems in superficial ways for short term returns with long term consequences. Others commit to building a quality organization by building a strong group of problem solvers.
When part of the organizational fabric, A3 engages members in collaborative, in-depth problem-solving. It drives problem-solvers to address the root causes of problems which surface in day-to-day work routines.
Attendees get an overview of A3, a team based, root cause problem solving process with proven success. This workshop begins the conversation for how your employees and organization will attack problems starting tomorrow.
We will use examples to illustrate the process and discuss how to overcome common weaknesses that are often found when trying to apply problem solving techniques.
Setting up your team for success
