EFFECTIVE TEAM BUILDING

Description:
Experience shows that employees who work together produce greater results. Effective team building will prepare you to build and/or strengthen your team process and to deliver the "right" leadership as your team evolves through the stages of team development.

Learning Objectives:

      1. Understand what makes teamwork work
      2. Influence and build trust in dynamic teams
      3. Recognize the characteristics of effective work teams
      4. Value what others bring to the team
      5. Understand the power of effective communication and its impact on teamwork
      6. Leverage personality-type strengths in team building
      7. Get ownership/buy-in
      8. Balance conflicting priorities
      9. Become a team player
      10. Build and/or strengthen your team
