Objective:

provide comprehensive front-end analysis, pre- and post-assessment,
training process design and delivery, process and product evaluations,
and follow-up to ensure transferability of training to the job.

Dr.
Pellegrino has over 25 years experience in conducting front-end
analysis, customized training process design and delivery, pre-
and post-assessments, process and product evaluations, and follow-up
activities for both the public and private sectors.
Activities
in Northern New York:
Dr.
Pellegrino retired as Executive Assistant to the President at SUNY
Canton on July 1, 2001. Since its inception in 1983, he was Co-Director
and Lead Instructor in the SUNY Canton Leadership Institute - an
in-residence program designed to develop leadership skills for
managers in a variety of organizations. Dr. Pellegrino has worked
in business and industry with the Aluminum Company of America and
the New York Telephone Company. In 1984, he was the recipient of
SUNY Canton's Distinguished Faculty Award. Dr. Pellegrino retired
