Registration now open for 2012 series!
This incredibly important series focuses on the management / leadership of a Lean journey for a company.
For true success, an enterprise needs to not only create internal Lean capability from the ground up but also develop the critical leadership / management to build that success from the top down. Based on the work of Steelcase's David Mann, this program is modeled after Six Sigma Champions programs but solely focusing on how to support and lead a lean transformation.
Program content is ideally suited for anyone who directs the work of others and will focus on managing implementation, engaging all levels of stakeholders and measuring / accountability. The series of 11 sessions is offered at the same pace / schedule as the LWB & LOWB so that a company's participants in the different sessions can work together for better results.
Further develop your capabilities to lead a successful Lean transformation by understanding and applying 11 key tools for Lean Champions. Topics are taught through a combination of instruction, case studies and simulations. With the demanding schedules of our participants in mind, sessions are offered as half-day workshops at a rate of one per month. Coaching support helps you connect the lessons you learn in the sessions with current efforts at your facility or in collaboration with your attendees in the other Lean certification programs.
