New course offering! Registration now open for 2012 series!
Previously offered only as an on-site program for companies, we are making this special Lean certification series available as an open enrollment, public course to allow more organizations to participate in the training they need to apply the key principles and tools that focus on the wastes and opportunities in an office environment. This program is ideally suited to any organization with an office environment: healthcare, government, education, retail or the non-production areas of manufacturing companies.
Attendees learn all of the Lean Office principles and how to apply them in our proven format of 10 learn-train-implement sessions. Plus, expert coaches provide guidance throughout the course to focus the monthly Lean lessons your participants receive on a specific area of opportunity at your facility for bigger impacts.
And, for the first five companies that register three or more participants, our Lean experts will work with your belt-candidates to complete a major Kaizen at your facility before the series concludes.* With a value of $6000+, the Kaizen helps your company tackle an improvement that will more than pay for the cost of attendance and gives the participants some valuable support to become practitioners.
