To help companies tackle non-production efficiency opportunities, we have developed a training series that specifically covers the critical areas of waste from the office environment: HR, customer service, AR/AP, etc.
This series includes 10 sessions, conducted in a learn-teach-implement framework, with coaching between sessions to focus lessons learned in the training on a key opportunity area.
These full-day workshops are offered at a rate of one session per month, over a 10-month period – covering two Lean concepts at each session specific to the office environment. Participants in this program will learn and apply the Lean Office tools that directly impact their office environment to realize significant improvements.
