Registration now open for 2012 series!
Now in its 7th year of helping companies develop internal Lean capabilities, we’ve improved the LWB program to realize even greater results!
To our proven format of 11 learn-train-implement sessions, we’ve added coaching support to focus the monthly Lean lessons your participants receive on a specific area of opportunity at your facility for bigger impacts.
And, for the first five companies that register three or more participants, our Lean experts will work with your belt-candidates to complete a major Kaizen at your facility before the series concludes.*
With a value of $6000+, the Kaizen helps the company tackle an improvement that will more than pay for the cost of attendance and gives the participants some valuable support to become practitioners.
With your active participation in this powerful program, you have the power to learn how to implement Lean improvement and create positive change for your organization.
Taking over where single-day or week-long training leaves off, completion of this Lean White Belt certification program means you will be able to:
Understand and mentor others in the application of key Lean concepts;
Champion Lean initiatives at your organization;
Lead teams to complete cell-level Lean implementation;
Create plans to realize your organization’s full Lean improvement potential.
The opportunity for real change at your company is only realized when you develop Lean champions who not only understand the tools but can also mentor others in their use and who can effectively plan and lead Lean initiatives. Don’t miss this important opportunity for developing the Lean champions your company needs to realize real improvements!
Instructor:
Jim Myers, Lean Sensei and CITEC’s Lean Manufacturing Analyst, will be the lead facilitator for this program with support and mentoring provided by CITEC’s Lean Manufacturing Team of experts.
To enable them to independently conduct Lean training and application with their own companies, Lean White Belt candidates will receive: Complete Train-the-Trainer Manual for all of the programs covered; and, copy of all training CDs and videos
Training Costs:
While offered elsewhere with fewer topics for $15,000 per person, plus travel & expenses, CITEC is pleased to present this in-depth program -- covering all Lean topics -- right here for companies of the North Country for $2995/person.
Multiple attendee discount when you send two or more participants to any of the 2012 Lean certification programs, you save $125 on the per person price!
Pricing includes: workbook binders with content material for all 22 topics, 19 videos on CDs, meals/refreshments, recognition awards (framed certificate and martial arts white belt) and ceremony.
*Major Kaizen Special Offer – For the first five companies that enroll at least three attendees in CITEC’s Lean certification programs, CITEC’s Lean experts will work with the belt-candidates to complete a major Kaizen at your facility before the series concludes. This is a $6,000+ value and results of the Kaizen will likely exceed your cost of enrollment.
Additional Expenses:
Our instructor strongly suggests acquiring Lean books for your company’s library and use by LWB participants. For a list of recommended reading, contact us.
Program Schedule / Topics:
Full-day workshops cover two key Lean topics per session over an 11-month period that enable participants to learn the concepts, share their knowledge with their coworkers and conduct a small, focused project at their company to implement the techniques between sessions.
This format both helps the attendee fully understand the concepts but also creates an atmosphere of sharing the knowledge with coworkers. Our coaches and your managers help to make sure the attendees complete the assignments and realize impacts for your organization.
