CITEC Manufacturing & Technology Solutions is a not-for-profit economic development organization that receives significant financial support from Empire State Development’s Division of Science, Technology and Innovation, which works to facilitate the integration of innovation and technology throughout New York’s economic development efforts; and, the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP). CITEC serves as ESD's designated Regional Technology Development Center for the North Country and one of nearly 350 MEP locations across the country.
The organizations located in New York State's North Country Region -- Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Hamilton, Jefferson, Lewis, or St. Lawrence counties -- can benefit from CITEC services.
