Duration:
The series consists of four full-day (8-hour) interactive sessions, usually held once a month over four consecutive months to allow participants to implement the lessons learned in each session. However, sessions can be held weekly or bimonthly for shorter periods of time as determined by the needs of your company.

Any person who performs the function of supervisor -- those new to the role or those who have received minimal supervisory training.
