Description:

This hands on training provides the tools necessary to plan, design, deliver, and evaluate training processes built on sound learning principles.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Delineate the training design process
  2. Define job and task analysis
  3. Assess and understand learning styles: impact on design
  4. Create learning-centered objectives
  5. Establish training prerequisites
  6. Design performance feedback measures
  7. Sequence modules/topics/objectives
  8. Select appropriate delivery strategies
  9. Develop training program materials
  10. Implement a training program
  11. Acquire tools for evaluating program effectiveness
  12. Employ strategies for reinforcing learning on the job

Who Should Attend:

People involved in a training function or who are accountable for delivering training topics to both small and large groups

Duration:

3-4 days, 8 hours per day
