“Lean Culture” goes hand-in-hand with any Lean Enterprise journey. But, cultural changes in your organization can be the hardest changes to achieve. This program focuses on a combination of training – to understand where waste can be found – and practical exercises to identify those wastes in your organization and discuss what needs to be done to reduce them.
Your employees need to understand how to develop processes that don't produce waste (0 waste); and, how they can correct the root cause of problems before they become chronic or bigger. The primary tools of Zero Waste / Continuous Improvement are Mistake Proofing and Fail Safing.
The goal is to develop a culture of Continous Improvement and "Eyes for Waste" … where everyone is adept at spontaneously seeing waste as it occurs and in doing what's necessary to correct it.
