Managing a Multi-Generational Workforce

  • Ways to effectively manage difficult personalities and address negative attitudes
  • The manager’s role in creating a positive, energized work environment.

Although we can’t change the personalities of our co-workers, we can take steps to change a work environment that breeds negative attitudes and toxic behaviors. This workshop will show you how.

Rapidly increasing numbers of employees are now working remotely at least part of every work week. This changed way of working challenges managers to adapt to new ways of supervising and engaging employees for productivity, quality, and retention.

This workshop will provide you with concrete, actionable strategies to increase your remote workers’ efficiency, accountability, and professional satisfaction. Although it may seem simpler to manage employees who are not on site, in fact, leaders need to make more of an effort to engage remote employees.

From communication strategies to technology, this workshop will cover a variety of best practices, approaches, and tools that you can use to coach, mentor, and encourage employees who are working off site.
