Although it may seem simpler to manage employees who are not on site, in fact, leaders need to make more of an effort to engage remote employees.


From communication strategies to technology, this workshop will cover a variety of best practices, approaches, and tools that you can use to coach, mentor, and encourage employees who are working off site.
