Lean White Belt Certification;
a fresh approach
Our clients have told us that while they feel strongly that the Lean White Belt training we provided their floor staff helped build the Lean culture they were looking for in their organizations, they need more people who can lead kaizens, more people who feel confident to identify and suggest solutions to problems; they want to empower more of their staff to take ownership in the processes they work with. That is, after all, the pillar of Lean.
Our new White Belt program has a required in-plant project component so your company realizes immediate ROI.
Days one and two cover foundational Lean tools and focus identification of in-plant opportunities for improvement.
Days three and four cover additional Lean tools, create value stream maps and result in clarification of the in-plant project to be approved by management.
The remainder of the course builds toward project completion while teaching facilitation skills, project management, team management, and basic change management with a focus on how to ensure that project gains are sustained and built upon moving forward.
