  • Designed, on a volunteer basis, the website for the SUNY Potsdam College Writing Center

  • Used computers and software in a wide variety of functions for the McNair Graduate Opportunity Program, including accounting, desktop publishing, production of federal grant performance and continuation reports, web page authoring and maintenance, and the construction and maintenance of the departmental student database
