Management Development Essentials begins Thursday, September 17 in Watertown. 

Management Development Essentials provides managers with the core skills they need to lead people effectively. The program focuses on communication, coaching, motivation, conflict resolution, and employment law, helping managers build high-performing teams and create positive, productive workplaces.

This six-week program is offered in person, on Thursdays from 8:00am to 12:00pm in Plattsburgh. 

About one week before the start date we will send an invoice as well as any additional  information you  will need.
